THE GENERAL DATA

Place of connection of an ohmmeter for measurement of resistance of switch Kick-down


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a two-contact electric socket from the switch of compulsory inclusion of a hill-climbing gear (kick-down), the motor compartment located in a forward part.
2. Connect an ohmmeter to contacts of switch Kick-down and measure resistance which should be equal to infinity, fig. the Place of connection of an ohmmeter for measurement of resistance of switch Kick-down see.
3. Slowly press an accelerator pedal. At approach of a pedal of an accelerator to an emphasis, resistance on switch Kick-down contacts should decrease in steps to zero.
4. Otherwise make repeated adjustment of a cable of an accelerator or replace the faulty switch of compulsory inclusion of a hill-climbing gear.
