7.1.1. The general information
THE GENERAL DATA

The prevention

The spherical tip of a hairpin 2 is greased with greasing on a basis дисульфида molybdenum.

The moments of a tightening of a hairpin 2:
 – In картер transmissions from an aluminium alloy 25 Nanometers,
 – In картер transmissions from a magnesian alloy of 20 Nanometers.

The convex party of a spring 4 should be directed to directing plug.

At installation of a sealing ring 5 it is necessary to use a new sealing ring.

Installation of a sealing ring 6 is made against the stop.

The spring 8 fastens on the lever of deenergizing of coupling.

The tightening moments самоконтрящегося a bolt 10:
 – To картеру transmissions from an aluminium alloy 35 Nanometers,
 – To картеру transmissions from a magnesian alloy of 25 Nanometers.

Do not wash out выжимной the bearing 11 in solvent as from it greasing will be washed up.

The bearing 11 publishing noise at rotation, it is necessary to replace.

Greasing is put on a head of a pusher 14 on a basis дисульфида molybdenum.

If on the car the flywheel 15 consisting of two sections the disk of coupling 16 without springs гасителя fluctuations is established is established.
If the flywheel 15 consists of one detail the disk of coupling 16 with springs гасителя fluctuations is established, and springs should be from outside a press disk.

Grease шлицы a disk of coupling with 16 thin layer of greasing G000100. The greasing layer should be thin and uniform, otherwise at coupling work excessive greasing will be rejected on working surfaces of coupling that can break its work.

Tightening of bolts 18 make gradually and in regular intervals in diagonal sequence.

The prevention

At removal of the working cylinder of coupling 11 do not press a coupling pedal.

If in the working cylinder of coupling the plastic basic ring is established, before installation grease an external surface of a ring. Put on a head of a pusher greasing on a basis дисульфида molybdenum.

At assemblage of the working cylinder of coupling press the piston into the cylinder so that it was possible to screw up a fixing bolt.

The union of prorolling 12 unscrews only at removal of air from a hydraulic drive of coupling. At removal of air from a hydraulic drive of coupling exclude hit of a brake liquid on a transmission.


Coupling is located between the engine and a transmission and intended for separation and connection of a cranked shaft of the engine and a primary shaft of a transmission. Coupling is an integral part of transmission for maintenance of deduction of the car are rather expensive by the included transfer, smooth трогания the car from a place and a gear change without noise and risk of damage of details.

At the included coupling, i.e. When the coupling pedal is in the top position, тарельчатая the spring of a leading part of coupling moves press a disk of coupling towards the engine. Non-uniformity of a twisting moment of the engine can cause considerable overloads in transmission owing to occurrence крутильных fluctuations and a resonance at coincidence of the frequencies, transferred loadings to frequencies of own fluctuations of transmission. Elastic fluctuations of transmission result not only in noise occurrence in mechanisms and units, but also to dangerous vibrations, and sometimes and to breakages of details when the amplitude of fluctuations reaches the big size. The vyzhimnoj bearing is established from the forward party of a transmission on the directing plug. Bearing moving is made by the lever of deenergizing of coupling. Pressing of a pedal of coupling moves the piston in the main cylinder and compresses a liquid which on a hose is transferred to the working cylinder of coupling. Under pressure the piston of the working cylinder of coupling moves ся and puts in action the lever of deenergizing of coupling. The lever of deenergizing of coupling moves выжимной the bearing which influences a spring of a press disk and takes away press a disk from a coupling disk. Coupling adjustment occurs automatically.

Depending on a design of the flywheel established on the engine, use ся various disks of coupling. If the flywheel consisting of two sections with a spring and демпфирующей by system the disk of coupling without springs гасителя fluctuations is established is established. If on the engine the flywheel consisting of one detail the disk of coupling with springs гасителя fluctuations (a classical disk of coupling) is established is established.
