The prevention

At installation it is necessary to use new самоконтрящиеся nuts 2, 4, 12, 22, 23, 25, 27, 33, 34.

From the bottom party гайек 25, 27, 34 there are special notches and at installation it is necessary to use a nut with the same notches.

At installation it is desirable to use new bolts 7, 17, 19, 28, 30, 35.

At a tightening of a bolt 19 car should stand on wheels.

The moments of a tightening of a bolt 19:
  – Bolt М14 (the size on a turn-key basis 14 mm) 115 Nanometers to tighten on a corner 180 ,
  – Bolt М16 (the size on a turn-key basis 17 mm) 190 Nanometers to tighten.

The moments of a tightening of a bolt 37:
  – Bolt М8 40 Nanometers,
  – Bolt М10 of 80 Nanometers.

The bolt 40 is used for fastening of wire shaft with трехплечим the hinge.

The lever 15 can be removed only together with an arm.

If oil follows from a hydraulic support, it is necessary to replace a support.

The arrow on an earring 29 specifies in a forward part of the car.

It is forbidden to lift the car for the bottom forward frame 36.

The clip 42 is established on the bottom forward cross-section lever.


The suspension bracket is a connecting link between a body and wheels. Through them the forces influencing wheels are transferred to a body. The elements entering into suspension brackets, soften dynamic loadings, reduce body fluctuations, provide good stability and smoothness of a course of the car.

As bearing element of a forward suspension bracket the bottom forward cross-section beam serves. The power unit fastens to a beam through corresponding support.

In a forward suspension bracket of the car four independent cross-section levers are established. Vibration transfer thus decreases for a car body.

Cylindrical springs in gathering from the shock-absorber established in them ми represent an amortisation rack. The top part of an amortisation rack fastens to the top arm of a forward suspension bracket, and bottom – to the cross-section lever.

The twisting moment from a transmission to wheels is transferred with use of power shafts with hinges of equal angular speeds.

Each shaft consists of three parts: internal and external hinges of equal angular speeds (SHRUS) and the central part of a shaft.

The shlitsevoj tip of the case of the external hinge is inserted into a nave of a wheel and fixed by a nut. SHRUS are greased консистентной with greasing which is replaced only at hinge dismantling.


The prevention

Categorically it is forbidden to make welding and рихтовочные works on elements of a forward suspension bracket. Necessarily make replacement самоконтрящихся nuts, and also bolts with corrosion traces.
