| 1. Before installation of the distributor of ignition check up that the cranked shaft of the engine is established in such position at which the piston of the first cylinder is in ВМТ in a compression step. Thus adjusting labels on pulleys of cranked and distributive shaft should be combined with indexes. |
| 2. Check up a condition and correctness of installation of a sealing ring of the distributor of ignition. If necessary replace a sealing ring. |

3. If the cranked shaft of the engine was turned at the removed distributor of ignition turn it further before such position when the axis of fastening of a flange of the distributor of ignition will not be established on one line with a carving aperture. |

4. Turn a rotor of the distributor of ignition so that the central part of an electrode of a rotor was combined with a groove on the case of the distributor of ignition. From this position turn a rotor slightly clockwise and establish the ignition distributor. At installation distribute ля ignitions a distributor rotor should turn in a starting position and the central part of an electrode of a rotor should be combined with a groove on the case of the distributor of ignition. Fix the distributor of ignition by a bolt, having tightened its moment of 25 Nanometers. |
| 5. Check up a condition of a cover of the distributor of ignition on presence of corrosion of contacts, black paths between contacts, and also integrity and smoothness of moving of coal contact in the cover centre. In the presence of defects replace a cover of the distributor of ignition. |
| 6. Also check up a condition and fastening of metal contact of a rotor of the distributor. If contact has scorched or ослабло its fastening, replace a distributor rotor. At presence remove from contact a deposit and corrosion traces, using a small file. |
| 7. Establish a cover of the distributor of ignition and fix its fixing скобой. |
| 8. If in a cover of the distributor of ignition high-voltage wires acted in film, connect them to a cover in sequence of work of cylinders of the engine 1–3–4–2. The electrode for connection of a high-voltage wire of the first cylinder is located about mark ВМТ in the case of the distributor of ignition. The further connection of wires is made clockwise. |
| 9. Connect an electric socket to the Hall gauge. |
| 10. After replacement of the distributor of ignition address in a specialised workshop for a call from memory of a control mean the engine of the written down malfunctions and their deletings. |
