Fuel highway and fuel atomizers of four-cylinder petrol engines
1 – fixing скоба. At installation check up correctness of an arrangement fixing скобы;
2 – the filter;
3 – a regulator of pressure of fuel;
4 – sealing rings. In the presence of damages it is necessary to use new sealing rings; |
5 – a fuel atomizer;
6 – a fuel highway;
7 – connection of the pipeline of return of fuel;
8 – connection of the pipeline of giving of fuel |
Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Remove the top casing of the engine. |
| 2. Disconnect a vacuum hose from a regulator of pressure of fuel. |
| 3. The fuel system is under pressure, therefore before рассоединением fuel system remove pressure in fuel system. |

4. Establish a jack under a point поддомкрачивания the car. Unscrew a connecting nut and disconnect submitting fuel hose from a fuel highway. |
| 5. Disconnect electric sockets from fuel atomizers. |

Engines 1,8-I
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Disconnect электричес кий a socket of the gauge of the Hall, it is located ный on a head of the block of cylinders. |
|
2. Unscrew bolts, крепящие a fuel highway, and take a fuel highway together with fuel atomizers from an inlet collector. |
3. Take fixing скобы, крепящие the distributor of fuel and fuel atomizers to a fuel highway. Having pulled, take fuel atomizers from a fuel highway.
The prevention At installation it is necessary to establish fuel atomizers on the places.

Installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Before installation check up a condition of sealing rings of fuel atomizers and, if necessary, replace them. |
| 2. Grease with a thin layer of engine oil sealing rings. |
| 3. Insert fuel atomizers against the stop into a fuel highway and fix their fixing скобами. |
| 4. Establish a fuel highway together with fuel atomizers on an inlet collector and press against the stop. |
| 5. Screw a fuel highway bolts, having tightened their moment of 10 Nanometers. |
| 6. Connect electric sockets to fuel atomizers. |
| 7. Screw on a fuel highway the pipeline of giving of fuel. |
| 8. Connect a vacuum hose to a regulator of pressure of fuel. |

| 1. Connect an electric socket of the gauge of the Hall. |
| 2. Establish the top casing of the engine. |
