The prevention

Operations on removal and installation of a special automatic transmission are similar to operations on removal and installation of a mechanical transmission. In the present subsection the operations concerning only special automatic transmission are resulted.


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Support the engine, using the load-lifting mechanism for the eyes fixed on a head of the block of cylinders.
2. Mark and disconnect from a transmission electric sockets, the Arrangement of electric sockets (And, In, With, D) and скобы (), крепящей a plait of wires fig. see a transmission.

4. Disconnect electric sockets ATF from the power unit and, using a soft wire, tie up them to a body.
5. A wrench for a bolt of fastening of a pulley of a cranked shaft turn a cranked shaft of the engine in such position that through an aperture to a starter it was accessible one of fastening nuts гидротран сформатора. A screw-driver or mount for teeths of a gear wreath fix a plate of a drive from проворачивания and unscrew a bolt of fastening of the hydrotransformer. Turn a cranked shaft of the engine and similarly unscrew the remained two nuts, fig. the Nut of fastening of the hydrotransformer, visible through an aperture for starter installation see.
6. Establish the selector lever in position Р and, having pulled upwards, disconnect a cable of management of a transmission from a shaft.
7. Unscrew a bolt, крепящий a cover of a cable of management of a transmission, and remove a cable.
8. Move a transmission from the engine, thus support the hydrotransformer.
9. Move the hydrotransformer on an entrance shaft to картеру transmissions and, using clips, fix the hydrotransformer in this position, fig. Use of a special clip (1) for hydrotransformer fixing on entrance to a transmission shaft see.
10. Being careful, lower a transmission and take it from under the car.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a clip keeping the hydrotransformer on entrance shaft of a transmission.
2. Three nuts screw the hydrotransformer on a plate of a drive and tighten nuts the moment of 80 Nanometers.
3. Screw in bolts of fastening of a transmission to the engine and tighten their demanded moment, fig. the Arrangement and the moments of a tightening of bolts of fastening of an automatic transmission to the engine see.
4. Check up that the selector lever is established in position Р, and connect a cable of management of a transmission to a transmission shaft.
5. Fix and, if necessary, adjust a cable of management of a transmission.
6. Check up oil level in a transmission and if necessary finish it to norm.
