Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Ослабьте bolts of fastening of forward wheels, then lift a forward part of the car and fix on supports. Remove forward wheels.
2. From the water waste channel remove rubber inserts.
3. Unscrew two nuts of the top fastening of an amortisation rack, thus do not damage a sheeting of brake pipelines.
4. Take from an arm on a support of a brake gauge ABS wire, fig. the Arrangement of an arm for fastening of a wire of gauge ABS (marksman) see.
5. Unscrew a nut (1), take a bolt and, having pulled upwards, take the top cross-section levers (2) of a rotary fist, fig. Elements of the top fastening of a rotary fist see.
The prevention

Do not expand grooves in a rotary fist at extraction of the top cross-section levers. It is forbidden to unscrew bolts of fastening of steering bent for to a rotary fist, otherwise it will be necessary to adjust corners of installation of forward wheels (3 and 4), fig. Elements of the top fastening of a rotary fist see.


6. Reject aside the top part of a rotary fist (marksman), fig. Elements of the top fastening of a rotary fist see.
7. Unscrew a nut and take a bolt of the bottom fastening of an amortisation rack to the bottom cross-section lever.
8. Being careful, take an amortisation rack from under a forward wing. Thus do not damage a protective cover of the hinge of equal angular speeds of a power shaft.

Installation

Aperture arrangement in a spring nest


1 – a nut of the bottom fastening of an amortisation rack,
2 – a bolt of fixing of the top cross-section levers

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish an amortisation rack so that the aperture in a spring nest settled down from the inside, fig. an aperture Arrangement in a spring nest see.
2. Establish a plug of the bottom fastening of an amortisation rack on the cross-section lever and fix a bolt and a nut, having tightened their moment of 90 Nanometers.
3. Establish the top cross-section levers against the stop in a rotary fist and fix their bolt and a nut, having tightened their moment of 40 Nanometers (2), fig. an aperture Arrangement in a spring nest see.
4. Fix gauge ABS wire on an arm of a support of a brake.
5. Fix the top part of an amortisation rack nuts, having tightened their moment of 20 Nanometers, but thus do not damage a sheeting of brake pipelines.
6. Establish rubber inserts in a gutter.
7. Apply a thin film greasings on a fillet of the nave aligning a disk of a wheel. Establish a wheel and fix its bolts. Lower the car and tighten bolts of fastening of a wheel the moment of 120 Nanometers.
