3.6. A radiator

THE GENERAL DATA

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Merge cooling liquid from cooling system. 2. Remove the top fastening of a radiator. 3. If on the car the additional fan of a radiator with an electric drive is established, disconnect an electric socket from a temperature-sensitive element of the fan of a radiator. 4. Disconnect an electric socket from the electric motor of the fan of a radiator. 5. Take electroconducting of the engine of the fan of a radiator from скоб fastenings. 6. Disconnect the top and bottom hoses of system of cooling from a radiator.

Cars with an automatic transmission

Arrangement of places of fastening of the heat exchanger of oil of system of the amplifier of a steering

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Before рассоединением pipelines clear connecting муфты of a dirt. 2. Disconnect pipelines of giving of oil of an automatic transmission from a radiator. Close the ends of pipelines suitable stoppers and rags wipe spilt oil. 3. Unscrew the heat exchanger of oil of system of the amplifier of a steering which is located in the bottom part of a radiator (see fig. the Arrangement of places of fastening of the heat exchanger of oil of system of the amplifier of a steering). Do not disconnect pipelines from heat exchangers.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Unscrew clamps, крепящие pipelines of a central air of air. 2. Unscrew the condenser from a radiator and, without stretching hoses, move it forward and fix in this position. 3. Unclench the top clamp of fastening of a radiator. 4. Remove the bottom part of a radiator from rubber pillows. 5. Incline a radiator forward and take it together with the electric fan of a radiator.

1. If the radiator acted in film in connection with throughput reduction, wash out its stream of water in two directions. Outside blow a radiator the compressed air. Installation

1. Check up a condition and, if necessary, replace rubber pillows of the bottom fastening of a radiator. 2. From above establish a radiator together with the electric fan of a radiator. 3. Fix the top part of a radiator a clamp. 4. At connection of hoses of system of cooling to a radiator use new sealing rings. Connect those hoses of system of cooling to a radiator and fix connecting муфты fixing скобами.

Cars with air central air

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Fix the condenser on a radiator. 2. Fix central air pipelines fixing скобами.

Cars with an automatic transmission

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Attach to a radiator oil pipelines of an automatic transmission with new sealing rings. Before installation grease sealing rings with a liquid for automatic transmissions. 2. Check up liquid level in an automatic transmission and, if necessary, finish it to norm. 3. Connect electric sockets to the engine of the fan of a radiator and a temperature-sensitive element. Скобами fix electroconducting of the electric motor of the fan of a radiator. 4. Fill in cooling liquid in system of cooling and remove from it air. The prevention At installation of a new radiator it is necessary to fill in a fresh cooling liquid. 5. Start the engine and check up tightness of system of cooling. 6. Check up and if necessary, adjust light of headlights.
