3.7. The water pump (engines 1,8-I and 1,6-I ADP)

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the thermostat. 2. Remove the generator. 3. Remove клиновой a belt of a drive of the water pump. 4. Unscrew three screws and remove the tension mechanism поликлинового a belt from an arm. 5. Ослабьте collars also remove hoses of system of cooling from the water pump. 6. Unscrew bolts and remove an arm. 7. Unscrew bolts and remove the water pump from an arm. 8. Turning a shaft of the water pump, check up a condition of bearings of the water pump and, if necessary, replace them.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. If the cover of the water pump for lining replacement acted in film, screw a cover bolts, having tightened their moment of 10 Nanometers, fig. the Water pump of engines 1,8-I and 1,6-I ADP see. 2. Establish the water pump with a new sealing ring and an arm on the block of cylinders of the engine and according to earlier put marks screw bolts, having tightened their moment of 30 Nanometers. Establish the thermostat. 4. Connect to the water pump hoses of system of cooling and fix their collars. 5. Establish the tension mechanism поликлинового a belt and fix its three bolts, having tightened their moment of 25 Nanometers. 6. Establish the generator. 7. Establish auxiliary приводной a belt. 8. Fill in in the system of cooling cooling a liquid, and remove air. 9. Start the engine and check up tightness of system of cooling.
