THE GENERAL DATA

Engines 1,6-I AHL

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a four-contact electric socket from the gauge of temperature of a cooling liquid which is located on the thermostat case.
2. Close contacts 1 and 3 gauges resistance 15 Ohm.
3. Remove a fuel highway together with fuel atomizers, without disconnecting from it fuel hoses.
4. Insert fuel atomizers into measuring vessels, for example VAG1602.
5. Ask the assistant to include a starter for some seconds. at starter work fuel atomizers should spray fuel. Check up a torch of dispersion of fuel which should have the cone-shaped form and to be identical at all atomizers.
6. Switch off ignition and check up tightness of fuel atomizers. Within 1 minute from fuel atomizers should flow out no more than two drops of fuel.
7. Establish a fuel highway together with fuel atomizers on the engine. Before installation check up a condition and grease sealing rings of fuel atomizers.
8. Connect an electric socket to the gauge of temperature of a cooling liquid.

Engines 1,8-I and 1,6-I ADP

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Connect a much contact electric socket to the block of management of the ignition coil.
2. Establish the top casing of the engine.
