5.6.2. Check of giving of pressure to fuel atomizers
THE GENERAL DATA

Arrangement of an electric socket (1) givings of pressure to a fuel atomizer and a socket (2) on a fuel atomizer


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect an electric socket from a fuel atomizer of the first cylinder, the Arrangement of an electric socket (1) givings of pressure to a fuel atomizer and a socket (2) fig. see a fuel atomizer.
2. Connect to contacts of a socket (1) control light-emitting diode (the Arrangement of an electric socket (1) pressure givings to a fuel atomizer and a socket (2) fig. see a fuel atomizer). At проворачивании a cranked shaft of the engine a starter the light-emitting diode should blink.
3. Similarly check up pressure giving to other fuel atomizers.

The light-emitting diode does not blink on one of cylinders

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Connect a control light-emitting diode to contact № 1 electric socket for pressure giving to a fuel atomizer and weight of the car, the Arrangement of contacts fig. see an electric socket of giving of pressure to a fuel atomizer.
2. Connect contact № 2 electric sockets to weight of the car.
3. Turn a cranked shaft of the engine a starter. Thus the light-emitting diode should blink. Otherwise check up all electric feed circuit of fuel atomizers.

The light-emitting diode does not blink only on one or on several cylinders

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check up a condition of an electric feed circuit of fuel atomizers and define and eliminate a place of breakage of an electric chain or its short circuit on weight.
2. Check up work of the block of engine management.

Resistance check

Places of connection of an ohmmeter for check of resistance of fuel atomizers


PERFORMANCE ORDER
Consistently disconnect electric sockets from fuel atomizers and, using an ohmmeter, check up resistance of fuel atomizers which should be in limits from 12 to 17 Ohm, fig. of the Place of connection of an ohmmeter for check of resistance of fuel atomizers see.
The prevention

On the engine, heated-up to normal working temperature, resistance of fuel atomizers increases by 4–6 Ohm.

If resistance of a fuel atomizer differs from demanded, replace a fuel atomizer.
