7.1.3. Removal of air from a hydraulic drive of coupling

The prevention

The brake liquid used in hydraulic system of coupling is poisonous, therefore at its hit on a skin it is necessary to wash out immediately this place a plentiful quantity of water. If the liquid has got to eyes or in an organism, it is necessary to address immediately to the doctor. Some liquids have property easily to ignite and can light up even from contact to hot knots of the car. Besides, the liquid used in hydraulic system of coupling, dissolves a paint and plastic, therefore at liquid hit on a paint and varnish covering of the car wash out its plentiful quantity of water. Also this liquid гигроскопична, that is absorbs a moisture from air and consequently a liquid, stored long time in open ware, it is not recommended to use.

Any hydraulic system works normally and reliably if air is removed from a hydraulic liquid in system.

The prevention

During air removal add only a pure liquid of demanded type. Never use repeatedly a liquid which has flowed out from hydraulic system of coupling.

If in hydraulic system there was casually a mixing of liquids of various types, remove a liquid from hydraulic system, wash out system a pure liquid of demanded type and establish new sealing rings.

At constant leaks of a liquid of hydraulic system or hit in hydraulic system of air define the reason and a place of leak and eliminate damage.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Lift a forward part of the car and fix on supports. 2. Remove the bottom mudguard of the engine. 3. Check up that connections гидравличес which tube and a coupling hose are reliably tightened, and the prorolling union on a back part of the working cylinder of coupling is screwed up. Remove dustproof caps from unions of prorolling of the working cylinder of coupling and a support of a forward brake and clear all traces of a dirt about unions. 4. Dress a transparent hose on the union of prorolling of a support of a forward brake. 5. Fill a hose with a brake liquid. For this purpose press a pedal of a brake and unscrew on half of turn the prorolling union at the pressed pedal. Continuing to press a pedal, supersede a liquid being in system in a transparent hose. After the pedal will reach extreme forward position and вытекание liquids in a hose will stop, will screw the prorolling union home. Repeat these operations before filling of a hose with a brake liquid. Support a transparent hose that from it the brake liquid did not pour out. 6. At performance of this operation let's to level of a brake liquid fall below the tank middle. 7. Put on the free second end of a transparent hose the union of prorolling of the working cylinder of coupling and open both unions of prorolling. 8. Press a pedal of a brake and, keeping a pedal pressed, screw up against the stop the prorolling union on a brake support. Repeat this operation until in пополнительном a tank of brake system air vials will cease to appear. At performance of this operation constantly add a fresh brake liquid. 9. Screw up prorolling unions against the stop and remove from them a transparent hose. 10. Wipe unions of prorolling and establish on them protective caps. 11. Check up smoothness of a course of a pedal of coupling. If by pressing the coupling pedal moves with jerks, means, at hydraulic system of coupling there is air. If after repeated removal of air the coupling pedal again moves non-uniformly, means, sealing rings of the main thing or the working cylinder of coupling are worn out. 12. Establish the bottom mudguard of the engine and lower the car.
