The prevention

Carters of a transmission can be made both from aluminium, and of a magnesian alloy. PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check up a coupling condition.

The prevention

The greasing layer should be thin and uniform, otherwise at coupling work excessive greasing will be rejected on working surfaces of coupling that can break its work.


3. Put thin stand greasings on a basis дисульфида molybdenum on the head of a pusher interfaced to the lever of deenergizing of coupling.
4. Check up that in the block of cylinders of the engine directing plugs for a transmission centering are established.
5. Raise a transmission to the engine and establish the working cylinder of coupling.
6. Move a transmission to the engine, thus the entrance shaft of a transmission should enter into grooves of a disk of coupling. For combination шлицов an entrance shaft of a transmission with шлицами a coupling disk, probably, it is necessary to turn a cranked shaft of the engine slightly. At installation of a transmission the entrance shaft should not hang on a coupling disk.
7. Move a transmission forward that картер couplings it was established on directing plugs of the block of cylinders.
8. Insert bolts, крепящие a transmission to the engine, and at this stage tighten bolts of fastening of a transmission the moment of 25 Nanometers.
9. Establish a starter.
10. Tighten bolts of fastening of a transmission to the engine the demanded moment.
11. Connect the grounding tyre to a transmission.
12. Screw in and tighten in sequences 1, 2, 3 bolts of fastening of support of a transmission, fig. the Arrangement and the moments of a tightening of bolts of fastening of support of a transmission see.
13. Remove the adaptation for a transmission raising.
14. Connect to a transmission power shafts.
15. Establish protective casings of power shafts and fix their bolts, having tightened their moment of 20 Nanometers.
16. Establish and screw to a transmission draught of management of the moment of 20 Nanometers and draught of switching by the moment of 40 Nanometers.
17. Connect to a transmission electric sockets of a tachometre and backing light.
18. Establish a reception exhaust pipe.
19. Establish into place a broad tank.
20. Establish an air branch pipe with a measuring instrument of a stream of air and fix its collars.
21. Connect a weight wire to the accumulator.
22. Check up and, if necessary, finish to norm oil level in a transmission.
23. Establish the top casing of the engine.
24. Establish the bottom mudguard of the engine.
