The prevention If it is necessary to remove completely the gear change mechanism, it is preliminary necessary to remove an exhaust system.
The handle 1 unscrews from the gear change lever together with a protective cover.
Spring 7 and the plug 8 are established in a ball clamp and fasten on the gear change lever so that they settled down to the left of the gear change lever.
The spherical party of the plug 8 should be directed to the gear change lever.
The lever of a gear change 9 can be established only in one position.
At installation of a lock ring 18 it is necessary to use a new lock ring. The convex party of a ring should be directed to the case.
At installation it is necessary to use a new nut 27.
At installation it is necessary to use a new bolt 35.
At installation the convex party of a washer 37 should be directed to a control lever.
Before adjustment carrying out check up that the transmission, coupling, the mechanism of switching and draught of a gear change are in a full order. Also check up that draughts of a gear change move smoothly and easily.
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Establish the gear change lever in neutral position and tighten a manual brake. |
| 2. Disconnect the bottom part of a protective cover of the lever of a gear change from the central console. |
| 3. Unscrew from the lever of a gear change and remove it together with a protective cover. |

4. Unscrew nuts and remove a rubber casing from the case of the mechanism of a gear change. |
|
5. Measure distance () between a body and the mechanism of a gear change which should make 37 mm. If necessary adjust it as follows. Ослабьте the screw (arrow) fastening of a plug of a gear change. Moving a shaft, establish the demanded distance and tighten a bolt of fastening by the moment of 25 Nanometers. |

6. Ослабьте nuts, крепящие the case of a spherical support. |
| 7. Establish the case of a spherical support horizontally. |
| 8. Tighten nuts of fastening of the case of a spherical support the moment of 25 Nanometers. |
|
9. Ослабьте a bolt, крепящий draught of management of a transmission. |
|
10. Establish the gear change lever in such position that ledges of a spherical emphasis were on identical distance from the case (). |
| 11. In this position of the lever of a gear change tighten a bolt of fastening of draught of management of a transmission the moment of 25 Nanometers. |
| 12. Check up that position of the lever of a gear change has not changed. |
| 13. Check up correctness of installation of the lever of a gear change. In neutral position the gear change lever should establish on a line of inclusion of the third – the fourth transfer. |
| 14. Additional adjustment can be made as follows. Ослабьте nuts of fastening of the spherical case. Move the gear change lever against the stop to the right and in this position repeatedly tighten nuts of fastening by the moment of 25 Nanometers (point 6 see). |
| 15. Establish and screw a rubber casing of the mechanism of a gear change. |
| 16. Screw the handle on the gear change lever. |
| 17. Fix on the central console a protective cover of the lever of a gear change. |
| 18. In this position of the lever of a gear change tighten a bolt of fastening of draught of management of a transmission the moment of 25 Nanometers. |
