2.4.3. Check of hydraulic pushers of valves

Correct installation клапанных backlashes is very important, as they in the big degree define engine work. More serious problem arises, if клапанные backlashes too small as valves cannot be closed completely, on the hot engine that can lead to serious damage of the engine.

These engines have hydraulic pushers, which automatically cope pressure of system of greasing to compensate a backlash between a cam of a camshaft and a corresponding rod of the valve. Regular check and adjustment клапанных backlashes therefore is not required. However it is necessary, that engine oil of high quality and рекомендуе mine of viscosity was used and engine oil was replaced in recommended intervals. At start of the cold engine there is a small delay while pressure of engine oil will be levelled in all parts of the engine, especially in hydraulic pushers. 1. Disconnect and remove elements of system of injection of fuel.
2. Uncover heads of the block of cylinders. Remove маслоотражатель and a lining from a head of the block of cylinders.
3. Turn a cranked shaft while the cam over a checked pusher will not be established directly upwards.

4. Press a pusher a wooden or plastic wedge.
If the free wheeling of a pusher is more 0,1 mm, replace pushers. For this purpose turn a cranked shaft and establish the piston of the first cylinder in ВМТ.
