Elements of system of greasing of four- and five-cylinder engines, except the engine 1,6-I with index AHL

5 – a sealing ring. At installation it is necessary to use a new sealing ring;
6 – the pipeline of giving of oil, 20 Nanometers. Oil giving to турбонагнетателю only on engines AEB;
7 – an adapter. In the presence of damages it is necessary to use a new adapter;
8 – a sealing ring. In the presence of damages it is necessary to use a new sealing ring;
9 – a bolt, 25 Nanometers;
10 – the holder of the oil filter;
11 – the gauge of pressure of oil, 25 Nanometers. At infringement of tightness of installation of the gauge of pressure of oil it is necessary to use a new sealing ring;
12 – a sealing ring. In the presence of damages it is necessary to use a new sealing ring;
13 – the oil heat exchanger. At installation of the heat exchanger of oil it is necessary to grease a surface interfaced to a flange with a thin layer of hermetic, AMV-18810002;
14 – a nut, 25 Nanometers;
15 – the oil filter;
16 – a cover;
17 – a gear wheel of a drive of the oil pump;
18 – rotors of the oil pump; |
19 – a cover of the oil pump with a safety valve of pressure of oil. The safety valve of pressure of oil opens at pressure 5,7–6,7 bar;

On engines 1,6-I with code AHL and on five-cylinder engines the lining of the oil pallet is absent, and instead of it liquid silicone hermetic VW-D176404А2 is used;
28 – a lining. In the presence of damages it is necessary to use a new lining.

FOUR - AND FIVE-CYLINDER ENGINES
For removal of the oil pallet it is necessary to weaken fastening of the power unit and, using the load-lifting mechanism, to raise the power unit.
Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Remove the bottom mudguard of the engine. |
2. Merge engine oil, for what ослабьте маслосливную a stopper approximately on half of turn. Place the container for oil plum under a drain stopper and unscrew a stopper completely. If it is necessary, press a stopper when unscrew that oil did not proceed prematurely. When oil completely will flow down, screw in into place маслосливную a stopper (the tightening Moments маслосливной stoppers "see the table"). |
3. Remove поликлиновой a belt. |
4. On cars with air central air, unscrew a roller of the mechanism of a tension and remove a belt of a drive of the compressor of the conditioner. |
5. To merge cooling liquid (to remove the bottom hose of a radiator). |

6. Using a steel core (2) diameter of 5 mm, fix from проворачива ния a pulley of the fan of a radiator and from an underside unscrew a bolt of fastening of the fan of a radiator. Remove the radiator fan. |

7. Unscrew an engine arm. The arm on the removed engine is shown. |
|
8. Disunite connection of wires, release clamps and remove a starter wire. |
|
9. At presence unscrew bolts (2 and 5) and remove an arm located between the oil pallet and an inlet collector. Do not unscrew bolts 1, 3 and 4, крепящие the second arm. |
10. Unscrew the top part of the left support of the power unit. |
|
11. Using a marker, note an arrangement of the carving connections 1, fixing plugs 2 on support of the power unit. |
12. Unscrew the bottom fastening of both support of the power unit. |
13. Hook slings of the load-lifting mechanism on the power unit and raise so that its bottom part only concerned a lobby of a wall of a body. |
14. Remove the left support of the power unit. |

15. A jack through wooden брусок support an arm of a support of the power unit that it remained on a place after unscrewing of bolts. |
|
16. Unscrew nuts of 1 fastening of support of the power unit in the bottom left and right parts. First of all unscrew from an arm bolts 2 and 3 from the left and right party, then bolts 4 from the left and right party. |
|
17. Unscrew on some turns the bottom bolt of fastening of the right support of a transmission 2, then unscrew a forward bolt 1. |
|
18. Unscrew a nut how much that it was at level of an end face of a bolt. |
19. Being careful, a jack lower an arm of the power unit. Thus not to displace an axis, lower and release an arm from the forward party. |
20. Take a jack and turn the stabilizer downwards. |
21. Unscrew bolts and remove the oil pallet from the block of cylinders. |

Installation
ENGINES 1,6-I WITH CODE AHL AND FIVE-CYLINDER ENGINES
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Using a plastic or wooden scraper, clear of an old lining a surface of the block of the cylinders, interfaced to the oil pallet. |
|
2. Using rotating metal brush, насаженную on electric сверлилку, clear hermetic. |
|
3. Put a layer of hermetic VW-D176404А2 in diameter of 3 mm on an interfaced surface of the oil pallet. |
The prevention After drawing of a layer of hermetic on the oil pallet installation of the oil pallet is necessary for making within 5 minutes. Time of drying of hermetic makes 30 minutes and only after that it is possible to fill in engine oil in the engine.
The hermetic layer should be only in diameter 3 mm as in case of a thick layer of hermetic surpluses of hermetic will get to oil and can block the mesh filter.

3. Establish a new lining without hermetic use. |

ALL ENGINES
Arrangement of bolts of fastening of a support of the power unit
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. In regular intervals and gradually tighten bolts of fastening of the oil pallet. Do not draw bolts, otherwise a lining of the oil pallet it will be deformed. |
2. Lower the engine and remove slings of the load-lifting mechanism. |
3. A jack through wooden брусок lift an arm of the engine and from the left and right party screw in bolts and tighten their demanded moment.
The prevention For fastening of an arm of the engine it is necessary to use new bolts.

4. Screw fastening of the support compensating a twisting moment of the engine. Tighten all bolts the moment of 25 Nanometers. |
5. Tighten bolts М10, крепящие a support of a transmission the moment of 40 Nanometers and an arm of a support of a transmission (bolts М8) the moment of 25 Nanometers. |
6. Bolts of fastening of the arm located between the oil pallet and an inlet collector tighten the moment of 25 Nanometers. |
7. Arrange a starter wire through an arm on the oil pallet, close the holder of a wire and fix its new collars. |
8. Establish приводной a belt and the radiator fan. |

1. Fix a tension roller of a belt of a drive of the compressor of the conditioner. |
