The prevention

At check of work of fuel atomizers never substitute hands or any part of a body under the stream of fuel leaving an atomizer. Fuel leaves an atomizer under a high pressure and can get into a body through a skin. It is recommended to charge to the expert work on check of atomizers under pressure.

For definition of a faulty atomizer it is necessary to be convinced that the engine is serviceable also compression level is identical in all cylinders.

Start the engine and warm up it to normal working temperature.

Ослабьте an union nut топливопровода on a checked atomizer. Note, whether engine turns have changed.

At a serviceable fuel atomizer obvious reduction of turns of the engine, accompanied by its non-uniform work will be observed. If the checked atomizer is faulty, change of turns of the engine will be insignificant and will be gone, if was present earlier, extraneous knock.

In presence of a faulty fuel atomizer specify following deviations in engine work:

  – Admissions in work of cylinders;
  – Knock in one or several cylinders;
  – An engine overheat;
  – Reduction of capacity of the engine;
  – From an exhaust pipe there is a black dense smoke;
  – The increased expense of fuel;
  – A dark blue smoke at start of the cold engine.


The prevention

At work with fuel atomizers observe cleanliness.

1. Clear area about fuel atomizers and connecting nuts топливопроводов.
2. Unscrew connecting nuts and remove топливопроводы a high pressure in the complete set.
3. Unscrew holders of fuel atomizers and remove fuel atomizers from the engine.
4. Remove a thermoprotective sealing ring.


1. At installation of fuel atomizers it is necessary to use a new thermoprotective sealing ring. The ring is necessary for establishing so that конусная the party has been directed upwards, fig. the Thermoprotective sealing ring see.
2. Establish fuel atomizers.
3. Establish the holder of a fuel atomizer, thus observe correctness of an arrangement of an arm on a support

4. Establish топливопроводы a high pressure and screw connecting nuts, having tightened their moment of 25 Nanometers.
