4.6.8. The basic malfunctions of a control system of the engine

THE GENERAL DATA

Before definition of malfunctions be convinced that fuel is available in a fuel tank in enough, the engine has no mechanical defects, the accumulator is charged also a starter turns a cranked shaft of the engine with sufficient speed, the system of preliminary heating of the engine is serviceable, the fuel system is tight and in it there are no pollution, a ventilation hose картера pure and the tyre of grounding of the power unit is reliably connected.

THE REASON	ELIMINATION METHOD
The complicated start of the engine or the engine is not started absolutely

The moment of injection of fuel is incorrectly adjusted	Check up and if necessary adjust the moment of injection of fuel.
Fuel atomizers are faulty	Check up working capacity of fuel atomizers.
The fuel pump of a high pressure is faulty	Replace the fuel pump of a high pressure.
The engine works only on idling turns
Fastening of fuel hoses on the fuel pump of a high pressure or on the fuel filter is weakened	Fix fuel hoses in appropriate way.
Submitting and returnable fuel hoses on the fuel pump of a high pressure are incorrectly connected	Check up correctness of connection of fuel hoses.
The raised expense of fuel
The fuel filter is polluted	Replace the fuel filter.
Негерметична fuel system	Check up tightness of fuel system.
The pipeline of return of fuel is polluted	Clean the pipeline of return of fuel.
