1.5. System of cooling of the engine

THE GENERAL DATA

The system of cooling of the engine is filled on manufacturer with a cooling liquid of long action with which it is not necessary to replace.

The cooling liquid consists on 60 % of water and on 40 % from низкотемпературного concentrate G12 A8D (низкотемпературный structure on a basis этиленгликоля with anticorrosive additives). This mix not only provides работоспособ ность systems of cooling of the engine to temperature–25 With, but also protects details from corrosion, first of all details from easy alloys. Besides, this mix prevents a scaling and essentially raises temperature of boiling of a cooling liquid.

Therefore the maintenance низкотемпературно го a concentrate also in a warm season and in the countries with a warm climate should not be lowered by use of water for доливки. The share низкотемпературного a concentrate should be not less than 40 %.

If in the conditions of a severe climate higher frost resistance of a cooling liquid is necessary, it is possible to raise a share of concentrate G12 A8D, but only to 60 % (the temperature of freezing of a cooling liquid in this case will make nearby–40 ) as at большей to a dale низкотемпературного a concentrate температу ра freezing of a cooling liquid will start to raise, and, except that, indicators of a thermal capacity and heat conductivity of a cooling liquid will worsen.

You can define structure G12 on red colour of a cooling liquid in a broad tank. If the cooling liquid in a broad tank of brown colour, means, structure G12 is mixed with another низкотемпературным a concentrate! In this case it is necessary to replace cooling liquid necessarily!
Otherwise there can be gross infringements in engine work!
