1.3.1. Replacement of oil and the oil filter

THE GENERAL DATA

Periodic replacement of oil and the oil filter – the most important preventive procedure of maintenance service. When engine oil grows old, it becomes liquid and polluted that conducts to premature deterioration of the engine.

Before the beginning of this procedure gather all necessary tools and materials. It is necessary, that the engine was warm that oil flew down together with a great bulk of substances polluting it is better.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Lift the car on the lift or establish the car in a horizontal ном position over a viewing hole. 2. Remove the bottom mudguard of the engine. 3. PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Use special tool HAZET 2171-1 to weaken the oil filter, then unscrew his hand. 2. Wipe all traces of oil and a dirt round a place of fastening of the filter. Check up, whether there was a rubber consolidation on the block of cylinders. If it remains, remove it. 3. Grease rubber consolidation of the new oil filter by pure engine oil and screw in a hand the oil filter to a contact of a rubber lining with the engine, then довинтите the filter a hand on 1/2 turns.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Switch off the engine and wait some minutes that oil has flown down in the pallet. Check up level of oil and add, if it is necessary. Check up reliability of a tightening маслосливной stoppers. 12.
