The external hinge of equal angular speeds 1 at failure is subject to replacement. At installation on a power shaft запрессовывайте the SHRUS a plastic hammer before fixing by its lock ring.
At installation of a lock ring 2 it is necessary to use a new lock ring. Before SHRUS installation the lock ring is established in a power shaft flute.
The concave party the washer 4 should adjoin to a persistent ring.
At installation of a collar 5 it is necessary to use a new collar.
In the presence of attritions and cracks it is necessary to use a new protective cover 6.
The sealing ring of square section 13 is delivered with a repair set.
At assemblage it is not required to establish a sealing ring 14.
The facet on шлицах the holder of rollers 17 should be directed to a power shaft.
In no event it is impossible to lower the car on wheels with removed by two or one power shafts as it will lead to damage of bearings of a nave of a wheel. If it is necessary to establish the car on wheels and to move it with the removed power shafts, instead of a power shaft establish the external hinge of a power shaft and tighten a bolt of fastening of the hinge the moment of 50 Nanometers.
| PERFORMANCE ORDER
| 1. On the car standing on wheels ослабьте bolts of fastening of external hinges of a power shaft to naves of forward wheels.
| 2. Lift a forward part of the car and fix on supports.
| 3. Remove forward wheels.
|4. Unscrew bolts of fastening of external hinges of power shafts to naves of forward wheels.
|5. Unscrew bolts (1), (fig. the Arrangement of an arm for fastening of a wire of gauge ABS (an arrow) see), крепящие internal hinges of power shafts to приводным to transmission flanges. Take from an arm on a support of a brake gauge ABS wire.
|6. Unscrew a nut (1), take a bolt and, having pulled upwards, take the top cross-section levers (2) of a rotary fist, fig. Elements of the top fastening of a rotary fist see.
Do not expand grooves in a rotary fist at extraction of the top cross-section levers. It is forbidden to unscrew bolts of fastening of steering bent for to a rotary fist, otherwise it will be necessary to adjust corners of installation of forward wheels (3 and 4), fig. |7. Reject aside the top part of a rotary fist (marksman), fig. Elements of the top fastening of a rotary fist see.
|8. Remove a power shaft.

| 1. Establish a power shaft on the car and connect it with приводным a flange of a transmission and a nave.
At installation of a power shaft with трехплечим the hinge do not move the hinge back. Before installation, using a sticky tape, fix the hinge on приводном to a shaft. Before screwing up of a flange of a power shaft remove a sticky tape.
| 2. Screw in bolts of fastening of a power shaft to a nave, tightening at this stage bolts by hand.
| 3. Establish the top cross-section levers against the stop in a rotary fist and fix their bolt and a nut, having tightened their moment of 40 Nanometers (2), fig. an aperture Arrangement in a spring nest see.
|4. Screw in and tighten the demanded moment fastening bolts (М8, М10) the hinge of equal angular speeds of a power shaft to приводному to a transmission flange, the tightening Moments see the table.
|5. Fix gauge ABS wire on an arm of a support of a brake.
|6. Apply a thin film greasings on a fillet of the nave aligning a disk of a wheel. Establish a wheel and fix its bolts. Lower the car and tighten bolts of fastening of a wheel the moment of 120 Nanometers.
|7. Screw in and tighten the demanded moment fastening bolts (М14, М16) external hinges of power shafts to naves of forward wheels, the tightening Moments see the table.
Tightening of bolts of fastening of power shafts to naves of forward wheels make only on the car standing on wheels.
