| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Remove collars of fastening of a protective cover and shift a cover from the hinge on a power shaft. |
| 2. Carefully clear an internal part of the hinge and remove a spring lock ring from the interior of the hinge. |

3. Fix a power shaft in a vice with soft sponges and an aluminium or copper hammer bring down the hinge from a power shaft. |
| 4. Remove a spring lock ring, a lining and тарельчатую a washer from the power shaft end. |
| 5. Fill the internal hinge in 90 grammes of greasing. |
| 6. Establish on a power shaft тарельчатую a washer, the convex party to the hinge, fig. the Arrangement of a lock ring, a lining and тарельчатой washers, крепящих the external hinge on приводном to a shaft see. |
| 7. Establish on a power shaft a new spring lock ring, fix a shaft in a vice with soft sponges and an aluminium or copper hammer fill the hinge on a power shaft, thus a lock ring should enter accurately into a flute on a hinge inside. |
| 8. Establish on the hinge a protective cover and fix its collars. Before fastening of a protective cover by collars, a screw-driver raise internal edge of a cover, for alignment of pressure of air under a cover. For fastening of collars application of the tool 1683 (fig. Application of the special tool 1683 for fastening of the modernised collar see) is necessary. Tool sponges establish on corners of a clip of a collar and in this position tighten sponges the screw. |
