Dismantling
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Fix an amortisation rack of a forward suspension bracket in a vice with soft sponges and, using special приспособ ление, compress a spring so that it has departed from the top part of a rack, fig. the Adaptation for compression of a spring of an amortisation rack see.
At use of the special adaptation for compression of springs watch, that spring coils were reliably grasped also spring compression make from opposite sides. The spring has very big effort of compression, therefore use only very reliable tool. At all do not connect a spring a wire. |

2. Fix a key a rod of the shock-absorber from проворачивания and, using the second накидной a key, unscrew the central nut of fastening of a rod of the shock-absorber. |
3. Remove from a rod of the shock-absorber the bearing, a washer and the top plate of a spring. |
4. Remove a spring together with the adaptation for spring compression. |

5. Remove a protective casing (1) and a support of a spring (2). Using a plastic hammer, upwards bring down the bottom plate of a spring (3). |

The prevention At installation it is necessary to use on one axis of the car of a spring with identical technical characteristics (with identical colour marks).
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Check up the shock-absorber on signs of leaks of an amortisation liquid. Check up on all length a shock-absorber rod on absence of dot corrosion. Check up the shock-absorber case on absence of mechanical damages. Establish the shock-absorber in vertical position and check up its work, moving a shock-absorber rod at full capacity. Also check up shock-absorber work, moving a shock-absorber rod upwards and downwards on distance of 50-100 mm. In all cases the shock-absorber rod should move smoothly with notable resistance. If the shock-absorber rod moves with jerks or there are mechanical damages, the shock-absorber is subject to replacement. |
2. Fix the shock-absorber in a vice with soft sponges. |
3. Establish the bottom plate of a spring on the shock-absorber, thus an aperture in a spring plate it should be perpendicular to an aperture in a plug of the bottom fastening of the shock-absorber (fig. Correct position of an aperture (an arrow) see at installation of the bottom plate of a spring on the shock-absorber). The aperture deviation in the bottom plate of a spring from perpendicular position should be no more 2 . |
4. Establish a support a spring and a protective casing. |

5. Establish a cylindrical spring so that its bottom end has correctly settled down in the bottom plate of a spring. |
6. Establish the top plate of a spring so that an axis passing through fixing carving apertures, settled down at an angle 11 in relation to an axis of the bottom fastening амортизаци онной racks (fig. the Correct arrangement of the top plate of a spring see). Keep in mind that fastening of the top plate of a spring for the left and right amortisation rack are various. |
7. Keeping a rod of the shock-absorber from проворачивания, screw a new nut with a fillet of fastening of a rod амортизато ра and tighten its moment of 50 Nanometers, fig. Screwing up of a nut of fastening of a rod of the shock-absorber see. |
8. Being careful, remove the adaptation for spring compression. |

9. Check up, that the top coil of a spring has correctly settled down on the top plate of a spring. |
10. Establish an amortisation rack in the car. |
