PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Remove an amortisation rack from the car. |
2. Fix a rack of a back suspension bracket in a vice with soft sponges and, using the special adaptation, compress a spring so that it has departed from the top part. At use of the special adaptation for compression of springs watch, that spring coils were reliably grasped also spring compression make from opposite sides. The spring has very big effort of compression, therefore use only very reliable tool. At all do not connect a spring a wire. |
3. Fix a key a rod of the shock-absorber from проворачивания and, using the second накидной a key, unscrew the central nut of fastening of a rod of the shock-absorber. Consistently remove from a shock-absorber rod the top support, the buffer, the top support of a spring, a spring, a protective casing, the rubber prorate and the bottom support of a spring. |
4. Assemblage of an amortisation rack is made in sequence, return dismantling taking into account following moments. |
5. Establish a spring so that extreme coils of a spring have correctly settled down on support of a spring and have been directed to the car centre (fig. the Correct arrangement of the bottom coil of a spring in a spring nest see). |
6. The top support of an amortisation rack establish so that an axis passing through aligning fingers, it was parallel to an axis of the bottom fastening of the shock-absorber (fig. the Arrangement of the top support of an amortisation rack see). Aligning fingers (1) should settle down from car lateral aspect. |
