10.8. A brake disk Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Ослабьте bolts of fastening of a wheel, then lift a corresponding part of the car and fix on supports. Remove a corresponding wheel.
2. For reduction of losses of a brake liquid uncover with пополнительного a tank of brake system, close a mouth of a tank polyethylene and again screw a cover. It is necessary that the cover tightly closed пополнительный a tank. Alternatively, using a clip, press the brake hose going to a support.
3. Unscrew two bolts and remove the holder of a support with a support from a rotary fist.
4. Clear area about connection of a brake hose and brake трубопрово and unscrew a brake hose. Close apertures in a brake hose and the pipeline suitable stoppers.
5. Disconnect a cable of a manual brake from a support of a back brake.
6. Remove a support.
7. Remove a brake disk.

Installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check up a condition and measure a thickness of a brake disk.
The prevention

In need of replacement of a brake disk also it is necessary to replace and the second brake disk for maintenance of uniformity of braking. At replacement of brake disks also it is necessary to replace brake колодки.

2. Check up and, if necessary, clear interfaced surfaces of a brake disk and a nave. At installation of a new brake disk remove from its surface a sheeting layer.
3. Establish a brake disk on a wheel nave.
4. Establish a support with brake колодками. Thus do not overwind a brake hose. Check up that at full turn of a forward wheel the brake hose does not contact to elements of a forward suspension bracket and a body.
5. Fix a support bolts and tighten bolts of fastening of a forward support the moment of 120 Nanometers, and bolts of fastening of a back support the moment of 95 Nanometers. If bolts with the ridge basis of a head of a bolt, that are repeatedly established, using a wire brush, clear a ridge surface.
6. If the brake hose was disconnected, screw it into place.
7. Remove polyethylene from a jellied mouth пополнительного a tank and pump over a corresponding brake contour.
8. Establish a wheel and lower the car on the earth. Tighten bolts of fastening of a wheel in diagonal последова тельности the moment of 120 Nanometers.
9. Some times strongly press a brake pedal that brake колодки have nestled on a brake disk.
10. Check up liquid level in пополнительном a tank of brake system.
