Climatic installation "Klimatronik"

THE GENERAL DATA

The prevention

For safety of movement good visibility that it is possible to reach only has great value when all glasses are cleared of ice, snow and is not present запотевания some glasses. Indication fields: 2 – the indication of a step of a mode of the fan; 3 – the indication of external temperature; 4 – the indication of a mode of clearing of windscreen ice; 5 – the mode indication рециркуляции air; 6 – the indication of a direction of an air stream; 7 – the indication of the set temperature of air in salon; 8 – indication AUTO (an automatic mode), ECON (the refrigerating machinery is switched off) or OFF (all installation is switched off).

By pressing of corresponding keys indications 2 vary, 7 and 8 or there are indications 4, 5 and 6.

The automatic operating mode can be corrected all keys.

Recommended parametres of standard adjustment of work of installation for all seasons: temperature nearby 22 With and pressed key AUTO.

At such adjustment the comfortable climate in salon is fast reached.

Therefore such adjustment should be changed only when it is necessary to satisfy someone's special wishes.

Using installation

After inclusion of ignition installation starts to work usually in автоматиче ском a mode. In indication fields there are indications 2, 3, 7 and 8.

Installation completely automatically maintains the set temperature in the car.

For this purpose the temperature of air submitted to salon, frequency of rotation of the fan (quantity of submitted air) and distribution of submitted air automatically change.

Automatic updating of work of installation at strengthening of the solar radiation is provided, therefore any manual adjustment of heating is excessive.

If before ignition deenergizing some deviations from standard parametres of an automatic operating mode of the installation have been entered, again set parametres are remembered by installation. Only in 20 minutes after ignition deenergizing earlier set mode рециркуляции is erased from memory.

Switching from Celsius system in Farenheit system and on the contrary

Press and hold in the pressed position a key 17, then press a key 9. On the display there will be a measured size of temperature in corresponding system.

The desirable temperature in salon can be set by means of keys 15 both 16, and this parametre remains in memory of installation until other value of this parametre will be set.

The size of the set temperature in salon can lie in limits from 18 With (64 F) to 29 With (86 F). In this range the temperature is supported automatically.

If the temperature more low 18 is chosen With (64 F), in the field of indication there is an inscription "LO". At temperature above 29 With (86 F) there is an inscription "HI".

At such set extreme values of temperature in salon installation constantly works with maximum holodo - or теплопроизводительностью. Temperature regulation is not carried out.

Under certain conditions can so to happen that installation will make for what from it did not wait. For example, after cold start of the engine within several seconds air goes mainly to area of feet. It becomes purposely so that crude air which was in system has not led запотеванию glasses.

Deviations from a standard automatic mode

Installation work in an automatic mode creates almost in all cases the best conditions for good самочувст вия the driver and passengers at all times year.

On occasion, however, becomes necessary by means of corresponding keys partially to change separate functions of an automatic mode; at this "Klimatronik" still works automatically:

By means of keys 11 and 12 change frequency of rotation of the fan and by that increase or reduce quantity of submitted air. It is reflected in the display by increase or quantity reduction штришков indications 2.

By pressing of a key 1:

 – Mode ECON is switched off;
 – The mode рециркуляции is switched off;
 – It is possible to hold pure from ice or запотевания wind and lateral glasses (to direct air from snuffled 4 on lateral glasses);
 – It is possible to increase efficiency of clearing of a windshield from ice and запотевания when, for example, soon after a start of motion in the car new passengers in wet clothes sit down.

Pressing of a key 10 the mode рециркуляции joins. On the display there is a pictogramme 5.

1 mode рециркуляции is switched off by pressing of a key. To renew a mode рециркуляции, it is enough to press again a key 10.

The mode рециркуляции air prevents penetration into salon of a dust or badly smelling external air, for example, at journey of the tunnel or at movement in a stopper.

If it is necessary to heat up or cool faster whenever possible air in salon, the mode рециркуляции can be chosen. At this mode air is sucked away from salon, then heats up or cooled.

At a mode рециркуляции air cannot be smoked in salon as the smoke which has arrived from salon to some extent will settle in the evaporator of installation "Klimatronik". It will lead to that subsequently during long time air passing through installation, will have an unpleasant smell of which it is possible to get rid with great difficulty and essential expenses, having replaced the evaporator.

By means of keys it is possible to direct 13 and 14 stream of air or on the top part of a body, or to feet.

Keys of distribution of air 1, 13 and 14 it is possible to press also in various combinations.

Key 17 (ECON) switch off a refrigerating machinery. In this mode there is an automatic control of heating of air (but without cooling and its humidifying) that allows to reach quickly whenever possible and constantly to maintain desirable temperature in the car.

1 mode ECON is switched off by pressing of a key. To renew installation work in this mode, it is enough to press again a key 17.

It is necessary to mean that in mode ECON the desirable temperature in salon cannot be below temperature of external air.

In salon you can establish desirable temperature by means of keys 15 and 16.

The combination of modes ECON and рециркуляции is possible only in the event that in mode ECON at first to press a key 10 and then a key 17 ECON.

Pressing of keys 1, 9 or 10 mode ECON is switched off.

Pressing of a key 11 you can switch off all installation. For this purpose it is necessary to hold a key 11 pressed until there will be an inscription "OFF" in the field of indications 3. This key should use only in exceptional cases, for example, at infringements in installation work.

When already there is no necessity for deviations from parametres of an automatic mode, necessarily it is necessary to include again an automatic mode pressing of a key 9 (AUTO).
