11.35. The door lock

THE GENERAL DATA

The door lock, стеклоподъемник and a loudspeaker fasten on one arm of a door.
Removal of the lock of a door can be made only together with an arm.

Removal of an arm of a door can be made only after clearing of glass of a door from clamps стеклоподъемника. For this purpose lower glass of a door to level of technological apertures in an arm and release clamps.

If at doors are established стеклоподъемники with an electric drive and they for any reason do not work at present, to lower door glass it is possible manually.

Removal

Use дорна for clearing of clamps (1) fastenings of the lock of a door to an arm

1 – скоба,
2 – a cable,
3 – a screw-driver,

Branch of safety draught from the door lock

1 – safety draught,
2 – тросовая draught

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove an upholstery of a forward door.

2. Remove the case of the cylinder of the lock.

3. Release a clamp of the external handle of opening of a door.

4. Remove an arm with units from a forward door.

5. Using дорн, release clamps (1) fastenings of the lock of a door, fig. Use дорна for clearing of clamps (1) fastenings of the lock of a door to an arm see.

6. Release from fixing скобы (1) cable (2), fig. Branch of the lock of a door from an arm see.

7. Using a screw-driver, separate from an arm of a door the lock of a door with a transitive angular arm. The transitive angular arm fastens to the lock of a door a bolt and a rivet.

8. Take from the door lock safety draught (1) for what turn the door lock in a direction of the arrow shown on fig. Branch of safety draught from the lock of a door.

9. Release cover fastenings тросовой bent for to the door lock.

10. Turn a tip тросовой draughts on 90 and take it from an aperture in the lever of the lock of a door.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.

2. Check up work of the lock of a door.
