Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove шумопоглощающее an engine covering.

2. Remove headlights with index lobbies ми turns.

3. Disconnect a flexible cable from the lock of opening of a cowl.

4. Disconnect electric sockets.

5. Remove a forward bumper.

6. Unscrew lateral directing arms from wings.

7. Disconnect hoses from the heat exchanger of air submitted to the engine.

8. Merge cooling liquid from system of cooling and disconnect branch pipes of system of cooling.
The prevention
Do not allow to hang to the condenser of a central air of air and the oil heat exchanger on pipelines. Also do not bend pipelines.

9. The conditioner. Unscrew the condenser from an arm and, without disconnecting from it pipelines, a soft wire tie up it to a motor compartment.

10. Unscrew from the forward panel the heat exchanger of oil of system of the amplifier of a steering and, using a soft wire, tie up it to a motor compartment, fig. the Arrangement of bolts of fastening of the heat exchanger of system of the amplifier of a steering see.
11. Unscrew top (4) and lateral (8) bolts of fastening of the forward panel, see fig. Elements of fastening of the forward panel of a body.
12. Cнимите consolidation from two parties in the top part of the forward panel.
13. Ask the assistant to support the forward panel.
14. Unscrew bolts, крепящие the forward panel to longerons.
15. Having pulled forward the car, remove the forward panel.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.

2. Fill in cooling liquid in cooling system.

3. Check up and, if necessary, adjust light of headlights.

Adjustment of an arm of the lock of a cowl

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Establish an arm of the lock of a cowl so that distance between it both right and left car wings were identical. In a case if replacement of wings or a cowl was made, first of all centre established details concerning a car axis.
