PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Open a cowl.

2. A hand press spray nozzles in a direction of movement of the car and in this position move nozzles downwards and take it from a cowl, fig. the Direction of pressing nozzles of a washer of a windscreen for its removal from a cowl see.

3. Disconnect from a nozzle a hose of giving of a liquid.

4. Separate from a cowl a wire of a heater of a nozzle of a washer of a windscreen and disconnect an electric socket from a heater.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Dress on nozzles a hose of giving of a liquid.

2. Connect an electric socket to a heater of a nozzle and fix a wire on a cowl.

3. Pressing washer nozzles, fix it in a cowl.

4. Check up a direction of a stream of the liquid sprayed on a windscreen and, if necessary, adjust washer nozzles.

On the cars made to XII.96 position snuffled a washer it is not regulated. If the stream of the liquid sprayed by nozzles, is at different height of a windscreen, it is necessary to replace washer nozzles with adjustable nozzles of a washer which are established on models with I.97, fig. On the cars made with I.97 adjustable nozzles of washers which allow to regulate a sprayed stream of a liquid on height are established. For this purpose in the nozzle basis the clown is established. Nozzles of a washer of back glass on models the Versatile person should submit a liquid stream to the centre of back glass. The stream direction can be regulated, turning jets a needle or a shaft of a drill in diameter of 0,8 mm, the Direction of turn of jets in nozzles of a washer of back glass fig. see models the Versatile person.

If the direction of a stream of the liquid sprayed by a nozzle is not regulated, or the liquid stream is non-uniform, replace washer nozzles.

If necessary, blow washer nozzles the compressed air. For this purpose remove nozzles and blow it from outside hose connections.
The prevention
Do not blow nozzles in a direction, the return to liquid giving.

Adjust nozzles of washers of headlights so that the liquid was sprayed on glass of headlights in the points shown on fig. the Arrangement of points of giving of a liquid on glass of the left headlight.
