11.14.1. Adjustment of position of a cowl

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Close a cowl and check up its arrangement concerning adjacent surfaces. Adjust cowl position so that at the closed cowl the backlash on cowl perimetre was identical from different directions. For adjustment ослабьте bolts of fastening of hinges of a cowl and, moving a cowl, adjust its position. After adjustment tighten bolts of fastening of hinges of a cowl. If necessary adjust a backlash, changing position of forward wings of the car.

2. Bolts of fastening of hinges of a cowl tighten the moment of 25 Nanometers.

3. For adjustment of a forward part of a cowl on height note a felt-tip pen an arrangement of bolts of fastening of the lock of a cowl and ослабьте bolts. Moving the cowl lock to the corresponding party on an arm, adjust height of installation of a cowl. Tighten bolts of fastening of the lock of a cowl the moment of 10 Nanometers.

4. Check up that at the closed cowl rubber буферы support a forward part of a cowl. Otherwise adjust height of installation of rubber buffers, rotating them in the corresponding parties.

5. Check up height of installation of rubber buffers as follows. Open a cowl and from above on rubber буферы paste plasticine slices. Close and repeatedly open a cowl. Measure a thickness of the deformed slices of plasticine. If necessary unscrew rubber буферы on the demanded distance.

6. Check up correctness прилегания a cowl to the lateral directing.
