The prevention
The lock cylinder can be removed from the car only together with an arm 1.

Installation of deaf nuts 6 is made by means of pincers VW-1765А for расклепывания deaf nuts.

Removal of an arm of the cylinder of the lock of a back door

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove an internal upholstery of a back door.

2. Disconnect the electric sockets shown by arrows on fig. Removal of an arm of the cylinder of the lock of a back door.

3. Remove draught of a drive of the lock of a back door.

4. Unscrew nuts (1), fig. Removal of an arm of the cylinder of the lock of a back door see.

5. Using a screw-driver edge, unclench safety скобу and keep it in this position, fig. Use of a screw-driver for a release safety скобы see.

6. Remove from a plate of the handle of a back door an arm with the lock cylinder.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Fix safety скобу.

2. Insert the lock cylinder into an arm.

3. An arm with the lock cylinder establish on a plate of the handle of a back door and fix them before accurate fixing.

4. Screw nuts (1), fig. Removal of an arm of the cylinder of the lock of a back door see.

5. Establish draught of the lock of a back door.

6. Connect earlier disconnected electric sockets.

7. Establish an internal upholstery of a back door.
