THE GENERAL DATA

Regulator of pressure with brushes

Replacement of a regulator of pressure and generator brushes can be made, without removing the generator from the engine, but thus it is necessary to remove the top part of an inlet collector.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Switch off ignition and remove a wire of weight from the accumulator.

2. Ослабьте a tension also remove поликлиновой a belt of a drive of the generator.

3. Remove the generator.

4. Unscrew screws and from a back part of the generator remove a protective casing.

5. Unscrew two screws and, being careful, remove from the generator a pressure regulator together with brushes.

6. Measure length of graphite brushes which should be not less than 5 mm.

7. For replacement of coal brushes отпаяйте токоподводы, take the worn out brushes and springs, establish new brushes with springs in a nest of a regulator and solder токоподвод so that the length of brushes made 10,0 mm. At a ration do not suppose gumboil and solder hit on токоподвод, except a soldering place. Check up ease of moving of brushes in the holder.

Installation

Installation of graphite brushes

And – brushes,
In – springs of a clip of brushes,
With – the holder of brushes

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Being careful, establish a regulator of pressure with brushes and fix its screws.

2. Establish a protective casing of the generator and fix its screws.

3. Establish the generator.

4. Establish поликлиновой a belt of a drive of the generator and adjust its pressure.

5. Connect a weight wire to the accumulator.
