13.17. Devices of external illumination
THE GENERAL DATA

Knot of adjustment of backlashes on headlight perimetre

 1 – заглушка,
2 – the screw of fastening of a headlight,
3 – the adjusting carving plug,
4 – at the basic adjustment the size is equal 3,5 2,5 mm

Headlight

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Not folding and in the presence of defects the headlight case it is necessary to replace the headlight case in gathering.
2. Remove the forward index of turns.
3. Not to damage a paint and varnish covering at removal of a headlight, with a sticky tape stick details under a headlight () and from outside radiator lattices ().
4. Disconnect from a headlight electric sockets.
5. Disconnect an electric socket from the electric motor of the proof-reader of light of headlights.
6. Using a screw-driver edge, remove заглушки, closing top bolts of fastening of a headlight.
7. Unscrew three bolts of fastening of a headlight.
8. Move a headlight to car lateral aspect.
9. Having pulled forward, remove a headlight from the car. If necessary wring out a clamp of a headlight from a radiator lattice.
10. Being careful, establish a headlight in a nest in a forward part of a body. If necessary wring out a clamp of a headlight from a radiator lattice.
11. Move a headlight to the car centre.
12. Screw in and is insignificant, the moment of 3,5 Nanometers, tighten screws of fastening of a headlight.
13. Check up uniformity of backlashes on perimetre of a headlight and, if necessary, adjust headlight position.
14. For adjustment of position of a headlight ослабьте three bolts of fastening of a headlight so that the headlight could be moved.
15. Adjustment of backlashes make, screwing in or unscrewing the adjusting plug (3) wrench on 17 mm, fig. Knot of adjustment of backlashes on headlight perimetre see.
16. Tighten screws of fastening of a headlight the moment of 3,5 Nanometers and check up backlashes on headlight perimetre.
17. Close the top screws of fastening of a headlight заглушками.
18. Connect to a headlight electric sockets.
19. Establish into place the forward index of turns.
20. Check up and, if necessary adjust light of headlights.

The prevention

Before removal of the right forward index of turns remove an air inlet.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Pull back подпружиненную a loop fixed on the case of the index of turns to its detachment, fig. the Place of fastening of the forward index of turns подпружиненной a loop see.
2. Having pulled forward, remove the forward index of turns from the car.
3. Disconnect an electric socket of the forward index of turns.
4. If necessary replace a bulb of the forward index of turns.
5. Connect an electric socket of the forward index of turns, the Arrangement directing (arrows) fig. see a headlight for installation of lock ledges of the forward index of turns.
6. Insert the forward index of turns into place and against the stop move it back. Pay attention to that lock ledges which are strengthened on the case, have entered into directing headlights and in a wing, the Arrangement directing (arrows) fig. see a headlight for installation of lock ledges of the forward index of turns.
7. Pull back подпружиненную a loop and fix it in the middle of a flute of the holder.

Back lantern

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the holder of lamps of a back lantern.
2. Unscrew three nuts of fastening of a back lantern and, moving it back, remove from the car.
3. Check up a condition of consolidation of a back lantern and, in the presence of damages, replace it.
4. Insert a back lantern into place and fix its nuts, having tightened their moment of 3 Nanometers.
5. Establish the holder of lamps of a back lantern.
