Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Switch off ignition and remove a wire of weight from the accumulator.

2. Remove a pillow of safety from the central part of a steering wheel.

3. Establish a steering wheel for movement directly forward.

4. Unscrew the central bolt of fastening (2) steering wheels (1) and remove a steering wheel.

5. Unscrew two screws from the bottom casing of a steering column, fig. the Arrangement of screws in the bottom casing of a steering column see.

6. Remove the top casing (1) steering columns, fig. the Arrangement of screws in the bottom casing of a steering column see.

7. Unscrew four screws, крепящие the bottom casing of a steering column, fig. the Arrangement of screws of fastening of the bottom casing of a steering column see.

8. Using шестигранный a key, unscrew the screw (1), fig. the Arrangement of screws of fastening of the bottom casing of a steering column see.

9. Remove the bottom casing of a steering column.

Ослабьте a bolt of fastening of multipurpose switches on a steering column.
10. Disconnect from multipurpose switches electric sockets. Keep in mind that the spiral spring remains on the multipurpose switch of a steering column, therefore at removal do not turn a spring from average position.
11. Remove multipurpose switches.

Installation

Installation of the multipurpose switch

1 – a steering wheel,
2 – the multipurpose switch,
3 – a bolt of fastening of the switch,
And = 3 mm

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish the multipurpose switch on a steering column, but at this stage on tighten a bolt of fastening of the multipurpose switch.

2. Establish a steering wheel.

3. Moving, establish многофункцио нальный the switch (2) in such position that the distance () between a steering wheel (1) and the multipurpose switch made 3 mm, fig. Installation of the multipurpose switch see.

4. Remove a steering wheel and establish the bottom and top casings of a steering column.

5. Establish a steering wheel.

6. Establish a safety pillow in the central part of a steering wheel.

7. Connect a weight wire to the accumulator.
