Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Switch off ignition and remove a wire of weight from the accumulator. |
| 2. Remove levers of screen wipers. |
| 3. Remove an air inlet lattice. |
|
|
4. Unscrew screws and uncover the electronic block under a windscreen. |
|
5. Unscrew a nut located in the electronic block. |
|
6. Unscrew a nut located sideways of the electronic block, raise the block from a rubber lining and move it forward. |
| 7. Disconnect a multicontact electric socket from the engine of screen wipers. |
|
|
8. Unscrew three bolts, крепящие the mechanism of screen wipers to a body of the car and remove the mechanism of screen wipers from the car. |
| 9. Remove draughts of screen wipers from an engine crank, fig. Elements of a drive of the mechanism of a screen wiper see. |
| 10. Unscrew a nut of fastening of a crank to an electric motor shaft, thus keep a crank from проворачивания. Moving a crank to the parties, remove it from a landing cone of a shaft of the electric motor. |
| 11. Unscrew three bolts and remove the engine from an arm of screen wipers. |

Installation
Crank with draughts of a screen wiper
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. At installation of the new engine of a screen wiper establish it in a starting position. For this purpose connect to the screen wiper engine a multicontact electric socket and connect a weight wire to the accumulator. Switch on and off an operating mode of screen wipers, thus the screen wiper engine it will be established in a starting position. Remove a wire of weight from the accumulator and disconnect from the screen wiper electric motor an electric socket. |
| 2. Establish the electric motor on the mechanism of screen wipers and fix bolts, having tightened their moment of 10 Nanometers. |
| 3. Establish on a shaft of the electric motor a crank in such position that it was on one line with draughts стеклоочи стителей (see fig. the Crank with draughts of a screen wiper). Tighten a nut of fastening of a crank the moment of 20 Nanometers. |
| 4. Fix on a crank of draught of screen wipers. |
| 5. Insert the mechanism of screen wipers into the car and fix bolts. |
| 6. Establish the electronic block into place and fix its nut and a bolt. |
| 7. Establish a cover on the electronic block and fix its screws. |
| 8. Establish an air inlet lattice. |
| 9. Establish levers of screen wipers and fix their nuts, having tightened their moment of 15 Nanometers. |
| 10. Connect a weight wire to the accumulator. |
| 11. Check up work of screen wipers. |
